Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Creative Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall brand identity and ensuring consistency in content across all categories. They will oversee the content creation process, deliver impactful conceptual and production needs, and ensure that all assets adhere to brand guidelines. This role requires a combination of creative vision, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall brand identity and drive consistency in content across all categories.- Oversee the content process and ensure all assets follow brand guidelines.- Deliver impactful conceptual and production needs for content across various marketing channels.- Evaluate overall marketing content and competitive trends to better tell the brand and product story.- Develop creative work that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.- Manage the intake process and production timelines.- Maintain consistency and ensure all graphic assets align with the brand guidelines.- Ensure content output meets retailer and online standards and requirements.- Collaborate with product and brand teams to develop product marketing plans.- Work with sales and e-commerce teams on customer marketing plans.- Conduct photo and video retouching, resizing, and editing of content.- Manage relationships with printers and coordinate project details to ensure creative assets are adjusted to various sizing and formats.- Collaborate with agencies to ensure all creative is on brand and follows guidelines.- Lead, develop, and train team members to ensure projects are completed on brand and according to schedule.- Perform other duties as assigned.If you're passionate about creativity, technology, and delivering exceptional brand experiences, we'd love to hear from you! 02720-0012945439
